About Fluxentra Systems

Built by Operators. Designed for Industry.

Fluxentra Systems was founded to solve a problem its leadership team lived firsthand — the gap between industrial operations and the technology systems meant to support them.

Our Mission

To accelerate the digital transformation of Pakistani industry by delivering integrated software platforms that connect operations, data, and decision-making — purpose-built for the energy, manufacturing, water, and healthcare sectors.

We believe the most effective industrial technology is built by people who have managed factories, run sales organizations, implemented ERP systems, and dealt with power outages, supply chain breakdowns, and regulatory pressure firsthand. That is who we are.

Leadership

Azfar Saeed — CEO, Fluxentra Systems

Azfar Saeed

Chief Executive Officer · Founder

Azfar Saeed brings over 25 years of senior leadership across industrial automation, energy infrastructure, and manufacturing — spanning assignments in Pakistan, Germany, Belgium, and Iraq with global organizations including Siemens, and as CEO of multiple industrial enterprises.

At Siemens, he held progressive leadership roles across the water, process industries, drives, and digital industries divisions — ultimately serving as Country Head of Digital Industries for Pakistan, where he led the transition to digital manufacturing and automation across major industrial sectors.

As Group CEO of IMS Group, he led the post-acquisition transformation of Schneider Electric Pakistan's manufacturing operations — implementing Odoo ERP, deploying IIoT across production floors, and securing the company's largest contract in history with Karachi Electric. He subsequently acquired and revived Heavy Electrical Complex (HEC), Pakistan's primary power transformer manufacturer, executing a full operational and financial turnaround through BMR, technology partnerships, and plant-wide digitalization.

Azfar founded Fluxentra Systems to turn this operational experience into technology — building the integrated platforms that Pakistani industry needs to compete, comply, and grow in an increasingly data-driven world.

Experience Behind the Vision

The industries Fluxentra serves are industries our leadership has operated in

Hands-on Technical — Automation, Data & Software

Field Engineering · Analytics · ERP · Python · Databases

Early in his Siemens career, Azfar engineered TELEPERM ME Distributed Control Systems for 3,140 MW of international power plant capacity in Erlangen — writing production code in C, SQL, and UNIX shell scripting — and commissioned drives, protection relays, and MV systems in the field. At Siemens Saudi Arabia he designed a custom RTU automation solution that was 20% more cost-effective than competitive alternatives. At Lucky Cement he designed and implemented a centralised procurement database from scratch. At Al Mabrooka Cement in Iraq, he personally developed a mathematical model of the cement mill to predict quality parameters from live process signals, and built real-time executive dashboards integrating production, ERP, and power generation data streams. At IMS Electric he personally led the full migration to Odoo ERP across CRM, supply chain, finance, and MRP — and deployed IIoT shop-floor connectivity simultaneously. At HEC he oversaw the development of a Python-based Power Transformer Design Suite and implemented plant-wide IIoT using ESP32 and Raspberry Pi to connect machinery directly to ERP systems in real time.

Siemens — Global Industry Career

Belgium · Germany · Pakistan · 15+ Years

From Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East to Country Head of Digital Industries in Pakistan, a career built at the intersection of industrial automation, process industries, water infrastructure, and digital transformation across three continents.

Group CEO — IMS Group

Electrical Manufacturing & Energy Solutions

Led the post-acquisition turnaround of Schneider Electric Pakistan's manufacturing operations, managing a portfolio spanning MV/LV switchgear, power generation (Kawasaki, MAN), building automation, and fire & safety. Drove full ERP migration to Odoo and IIoT integration across the shop floor. Secured the largest contract in company history — a landmark supply order from Karachi Electric.

CEO — Heavy Electrical Complex (HEC)

State-Owned Manufacturer Turnaround

Orchestrated the strategic acquisition and full-scale revival of Pakistan's primary power transformer manufacturer, coordinating across the Privatisation Commission, Ministry of Industries, and financial institutions. Rebuilt engineering capacity, forged technology partnerships with leading Chinese OEM and R&D institutes, and implemented plant-wide IIoT to connect manufacturing lines directly with ERP systems.

COO — Al Mabrooka Cement, Iraq

Industrial Operations & Data Analytics

Led manufacturing operations, sales strategy, and digital analytics for a large-scale cement manufacturing facility in Basra. Personally developed a mathematical model of the cement mill for real-time quality monitoring, and built integrated analytics dashboards for executive KPI tracking across production, ERP, and power generation data.

Saleem Siddiqi — Fluxentra Systems

Saleem Siddiqi

Saleem Siddiqi brings close to four decades of engineering and operations experience rooted in the cement industry. A BSc Electronics Engineering graduate of NED University, Karachi, he began his career at PIA's Precision Engineering Complex before spending the bulk of his professional life designing, erecting, commissioning, and running large-scale cement plants across Pakistan.

His project record spans some of Pakistan's most significant cement expansions — including the 3,000 tpd doubling project at Cherat Cement (Siemens PLC automation, CLE France process design), the 1,600 tpd commissioning at Dewan Hattar Cement, and Dewan Cement Line-II, a 3,000 tpd / 1 million ton per annum plant featuring LOESCHE vertical roller mills and a 6 MW Waste Heat Recovery power plant. He subsequently led large-scale project development at Al Abbass Cement before returning to Dewan Cement as Director Technical and Head of Unit.

His hands-on depth in kiln operations, electrical and instrumentation systems, EPC contract management, and plant-wide automation is directly embedded in Fluxentra's cement industry digitalization work — from soft sensors and model predictive control to energy intelligence and mill optimization.

What We Stand For

Industrial Depth

We have operated, managed, and transformed the industries we now digitalize. Our solutions are built on real operational experience, not theory.

Technology That Works

Every product we build connects the shop floor to management decision-making — closing the gap between what machines do and what leaders need to know.

Built for Pakistan

We understand the infrastructure realities, regulatory landscape, and economic pressures of operating in Pakistan and the broader region.

Practical Innovation

We do not build technology for its own sake. Every feature solves a specific operational or commercial problem our clients actually face.
