2. Information We Collect
2.1 Website Enquiries
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, industry vertical, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether our solutions are a fit for your organization.
2.2 Software and Platform Usage
When your organization deploys Fluxentra platform solutions — including SCADA integration systems, ERP modules, Hospital Information Management Systems (FluxHIMS), or mental health practice management platforms — operational and clinical data is processed within your infrastructure or on agreed hosting arrangements. We do not access, store, or use your operational technology (OT) data, patient records, or enterprise resource data for any purpose other than delivering contracted services and technical support.
2.3 Healthcare Data
Our FluxHealth and FluxHIMS products process patient health information on behalf of healthcare institutions. Such data is governed by the data processing agreements signed with each healthcare client and is handled in accordance with applicable Pakistani health data regulations and, where applicable, international standards including FHIR R4 data security requirements. We do not use patient data for any secondary purpose.
2.4 Website Analytics
We may collect anonymized usage data — such as pages visited, session duration, and geographic region — to improve our website content and user experience. This data does not identify individual visitors.

Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend, a GDPR-compliant transactional email service. Enquiry data is retained for 12 months and then securely deleted unless a commercial relationship has been established.
Client operational data processed through Fluxentra-deployed systems is stored in accordance with the infrastructure specifications agreed in the relevant service contract. For on-premise deployments, data remains entirely within the client's own environment. For cloud-assisted deployments, storage locations and retention schedules are defined in the applicable data processing agreement.
We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews across our software platforms.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services in the operation of our business:
- Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form responses
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery infrastructure
- Odoo — internal CRM and business management (enquiry data may be logged here)
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
